Sarie Document Clearing Services LLC (“Sarie”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional services including but not limited to business setup, licensing, renewals, amendments, immigration, visa processing, PRO services, and related government liaison and advisory services within the UAE.

Sarie operates as a professional services provider and authorized facilitator, acting on behalf of clients in dealings with UAE government authorities, free zones, and related entities.

All approvals, rejections, timelines, and requirements are solely governed by the respective UAE authorities. Sarie does not guarantee outcomes, as final decisions remain outside our control.

All fees quoted and invoiced by Sarie are transparently classified as:

​

• Government / Authority Fees (as prescribed by UAE authorities)

• Professional Service Fees (for Sarie’s operational, advisory, and coordination services)

Government fees are fixed by the relevant authority and are subject to change without prior notice.

Sarie provides services, not physical goods.

A service shall be deemed successfully delivered and completed once any of the following applicable milestones is achieved:

​

• Trade license issuance, renewal, or amendment

• Visa, entry permit, Emirates ID, or labor contract issuance

• Official approval, acknowledgment, or confirmation issued by the authority

• Application submission completed and accepted by the authority where Sarie’s scope is fulfilled

Once an authority issues the relevant approval or document, the service is considered delivered, even if further steps are required directly from the client (e.g. medical tests, biometrics, bank visits).

Due to the nature of immigration, licensing, and government-related services:

• Government / Authority fees are refundable or non-refundable strictly as per the respective UAE authority’s rules and guidelines.

• Sarie does not control or override authority refund decisions.

• Professional service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as Sarie deploys resources, manpower, and operational effort immediately upon engagement.

Any refund eligibility will be assessed:

• In accordance with the relevant authority’s policies

• Based on the stage of work completed

• At the sole discretion of Sarie management, where applicable

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–45 days, subject to bank processing timelines.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations after work commencement do not entitle the client to a refund of service fees.

• Government fees are subject to the relevant authority’s cancellation and refund rules.

• No cancellations apply once an authority has issued an approval or document.

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents

• Respond promptly to requests from Sarie or government authorities

• Cooperate throughout the process to avoid delays or rejections

Sarie shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete client information.

Upon successful payment, confirmation will be sent via email and/or system notification. Clients are advised to retain all invoices and confirmations for their records.

Sarie does not provide services to individuals or entities from sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions as per UAE regulations.

Minors (under 18 years) are not permitted to transact or engage services independently.

• Sarie does not store, sell, or share credit/debit card details

• Personal data is used strictly for service delivery and compliance

• While robust security measures are in place, absolute security of online data transmission cannot be guaranteed
