Delivery Policy
1. Nature of Delivery
Sarie Document Clearing Services LLC provides professional services, not physical goods. Accordingly, no products are shipped or delivered physically.
2. What Constitutes “Delivery”
Service delivery is considered complete once the applicable service milestone has been achieved, including but not limited to:
-
Issuance or renewal of a trade license
-
Issuance of a visa, entry permit, Emirates ID, or labor contract
-
Government approval, amendment, or official confirmation
-
Submission and acknowledgment of an application by the relevant authority
Once the authority issues the applicable document or confirmation, the service is deemed successfully delivered, even if the client is required to complete subsequent steps directly (e.g. biometrics, medical tests, bank visits).
3. Delivery Timelines
-
Timelines vary depending on the service and the respective authority.
-
Sarie provides estimated timelines based on experience; however, final timelines are controlled solely by UAE authorities.
-
Delays caused by authorities, third parties, or incomplete client documentation are beyond Sarie’s control.
4. Method of Delivery
Service outputs are delivered via:
-
Email
-
Client portal (if applicable)
-
Direct authority-issued documents
-
In-person handover where required
5. Partial Delivery
If a service includes multiple stages:
-
Each completed stage is considered delivered once executed
-
Fees correspond to work completed up to that stage
6. Non-Delivery Scenarios
Non-delivery may occur due to:
-
Authority rejection
-
Regulatory changes
-
Incomplete or incorrect client information
In such cases, Sarie will reasonably assist with alternative options, subject to authority rules and additional fees where applicable.
7. No Physical Shipping
As Sarie does not sell physical products:
-
No shipping timelines apply
-
No courier or logistics responsibilities exist
