2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through authorized UAE-compliant payment gateways, including but not limited to:

  • Debit Cards
     

  • Online Bank Transfers
     

All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

3. Card & Data Security

  • Sarie does not store, process, or retain customer credit/debit card details.
     

  • All card information is handled directly by the payment gateway using secure encryption.
     

  • Sarie shall not be liable for any data breach occurring outside its systems.

4. Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful payment:

  • Clients will receive a payment confirmation via email or system notification
     

  • Invoices clearly outline:
     

    • Government / Authority Fees
       

    • Professional Service Fees
       

Clients are advised to retain confirmations for future reference.

5. Currency & Charges

  • All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
     

  • Any foreign exchange charges or bank fees are borne by the client.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds for government fees are governed strictly by the respective UAE authority’s rules.
     

  • Professional service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
     

  • Chargebacks without prior engagement with Sarie may result in service suspension and documentation submission to the payment gateway.

7. Fraud Prevention

Sarie reserves the right to:

  • Request additional verification documents
     

  • Decline or hold transactions suspected of fraud or non-compliance
     

  • Report suspicious activity to payment gateways or authorities where required

8. Compliance & Restricted Use

  • Sarie does not transact with individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.
     

  • Services are not provided to minors under 18 years of age.

9. Governing Law

  • All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
